UX/​UI Design Lead - Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated UX/UI Design Lead remote to partner with our fast-paced, innovative digital marketing agency on a freelance basis. In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping exceptional user experiences across multiple website projects.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with creative leadership, project managers, designers, and developers to understand project goals, user requirements, and design specifications.
• Create wireframes to later translate designs into responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain a consistent and cohesive UI design system.
• Create interactive prototypes and user flows to visualize and validate design concepts.
• Communicate your design strategy through meaningful UX deliverables.
• Own overall end-to-end user experience, from big picture to specifics.
• Understand how to implement front-end technologies to create seamless user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end developers.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UX/UI team members.

Requirements

• Experienced with UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centric design solutions.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Proficiency in designing and building UI components using HTML5, CSS3, or SASS.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with web development trends.

Nice to Have
