About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer remote to join our innovative team at Magnet Forensics. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business, technical, and user requirements.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in UX Design, Digital Design, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, particularly for web and desktop applications.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and design methodologies.
  • Experience gathering customer insights to drive data-informed designs.
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for accessibility and inclusivity, adhering to WCAG standards.
  • Experience working with quantitative data to derive actionable insights.
