Undergraduate Graphic Design Intern - Remote

About the Role

The ACLU is seeking a passionate Undergraduate Graphic Design Intern to join our Communications Department. This remote internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful civil liberties work while developing your design skills. As an Undergraduate Graphic Design Intern, you will work closely with our team to create compelling graphics that promote the ACLU's mission.

What You'll Do

• Design graphics for ACLU websites and social media platforms.
• Assist in branding and key issue projects that align with the ACLU's advocacy efforts.
• Support digital asset management and production of printed materials.
• Collaborate with the Communications Team to enhance the visibility of civil rights issues.
• Manage multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience in digital design and/or print on Mac systems.
• Video editing skills are a plus.
• Strong commitment to the ACLU's mission and principles of diversity and inclusion.
