About the Role

Good Inside is seeking a talented Freelance Photo Editor / Designer to join our innovative team. This Freelance Photo Editor / Designer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization that is redefining parenting as a skill. You will play a crucial role in supporting our in-app content by selecting and preparing imagery that resonates with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Support in-app content by selecting and preparing imagery with strong editorial judgment.
• Perform light photo editing to enhance visual appeal.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather visual assets and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Work from pre-approved photo libraries to curate the best images for our platform.
• Prepare final image assets for in-app use, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Experiment with AI-generated illustrations to innovate our visual content.
• Complete assignments through a project management system, maintaining organization and efficiency.
• Work on a project-by-project basis, estimated at 10–20 hours per week, fully remote.

Requirements

• Entry-level to early-career experience in photo editing or design.
• Strong visual and editorial judgment to select impactful imagery.
• Working knowledge of design and photo editing tools such as Photoshop and Figma.
• Ability to work within established brand systems and guidelines.
• Detail-oriented and reliable in meeting deadlines.
• Interest in AI-generated imagery is a plus.
