As a Twisting Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, conducting inspections, handling exceptions, and maintaining the workspace to achieve production targets, efficiency, quality, and 5S goals. What You'll Do

• Learn product-related knowledge to ensure accurate use during production.
• Strictly adhere to specific quality requirements outlined in production orders, conducting quality checks to ensure product compliance.
• Follow packaging requirements meticulously, ensuring each step of the packaging process is executed correctly.
• Meet production task goals while maintaining quality and quantity standards.
• Accurately fill out daily production record forms and submit them to the production supervisor on time.
• Properly use, maintain, and store relevant equipment and tools, assisting with repairs as needed.
• Execute hygiene and cleanliness plans for equipment and tools.
• Ensure the 5S standards are met in your work area, complying with company and departmental management requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide necessary assistance.
• Adhere to company and departmental regulations and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Junior high school or above.
• Ability to complete work accurately and safely.
• Willingness to adapt to shift work, with each shift lasting 8 hours.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
