About the Role

We're hiring a Trust & Safety Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of trust and safety policies, ensuring compliance and operational standards are met. As a Trust & Safety Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer experience and mitigating risks associated with fraud and safety issues.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement trust and safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment for users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational standards and compliance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in trust and safety measures.
• Manage customer support inquiries related to trust and safety issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Lead initiatives to educate employees on trust and safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in trust and safety management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of compliance and operational standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and risk management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
