As a Treasury Analyst, you will help architect the foundations of our future operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our treasury functions. This role is pivotal in scaling our operations within a high-growth, dynamic ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end setup of bank accounts and digital asset exchange profiles to support global business expansion.
• Ensure full compliance with financial authorities by preparing and submitting periodic regulatory reports and KYC documentation.
• Oversee the daily generation and posting of journal entries, ensuring all banking movements are accurately reflected in the company’s systems.
• Serve as the focal point for external consulting firms, managing the lifecycle of audit inquiries and evidence submission.
• Facilitate the secure upload and processing of weekly AP (Accounts Payable) payments and global payroll files.
• Monitor and update corporate legal documentation to ensure uninterrupted access to global banking and exchange platforms.
• Manage the daily ingestion and organization of bank statements and financial records to maintain a single source of truth for the Treasury department.
• Act as a strategic bridge between the company and our banking/exchange partners, cultivating relationships to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Treasury or Financial Departments.
• Proven experience navigating KYC and AML frameworks for traditional banks and digital asset exchanges.
• Expertise in managing multi-currency banking structures and global liquidity flows.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for automating workflows and managing financial datasets.
• Ability to translate raw banking data into structured reports for Central Bank authorities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
