What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of customer, retail, and channel marketing initiatives across B2C, B2B, and B2P audiences.
- Shape and deliver retail/channel strategies aligned with commercial priorities using data and insights.
- Partner with various teams to execute high-impact retail programs and enhance customer engagement.
- Develop lifecycle, retention, and loyalty strategies for diverse customer segments.
- Manage CRM platforms and ensure strong KPI tracking for acquisition and retention.
- Build and execute the B2B marketing automation roadmap to improve lead management processes.
- Define a unified measurement framework for retail, CRM, and engagement activities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team while managing agency relationships to ensure quality and performance.
Requirements
- Experience in customer, retail, channel, or CRM/engagement marketing.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and B2B marketing automation.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic programs effectively.
