About the Role

We are seeking a Training Manager remote to join Talison Lithium, the world’s leading lithium minerals producer. This role is pivotal in driving our training and development strategy while ensuring compliance with legislative and organizational objectives. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce in a fast-paced operational environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of training and development professionals to foster a safety-focused and high-performing culture.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development approach that aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Manage the establishment of governance frameworks that drive the training and development strategy.
• Provide technical direction and advice to internal and external stakeholders regarding training systems.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships to ensure training activities reflect strategic outcomes.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Extensive experience in a Senior Management role within a multi-disciplined operational environment.
• High-level strategic leadership and management skills.
• Proven experience in managing training budgets and developing integrated Learning Management Systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the mining industry.
• Knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act (2020) and related regulations.
• Advanced Diploma in Training and Assessment.
