Training Coordinator - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our team remotely. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our plasma collection center staff are well-trained and compliant with regulatory standards. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and administer the training program, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines including FDA cGMP 21CFR and EU Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Partner with the Regional Field Training Manager and center leadership to implement training initiatives and schedule training periods that support operational needs.
- Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate training sessions based on audit findings or operational needs.
- Maintain accurate training records for all staff and ensure timely completion of re-certifications and updates.
- Manage training courses in the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and keep training materials up to date.
- Monitor SOP compliance through routine employee observations and escalate any delays in training progress.
- Stay current with new training materials, SOP changes, and technology updates.
- Promote a culture of safety, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of training experience in a customer service setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in regulated environments and adapt to changing temperatures.
- Must be certified in all operational areas or complete training and competency assessments within 90 days of hire.

- Experience in the biopharma or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
