About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our team remotely. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our plasma collection center staff are well-trained and compliant with regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the health and safety of our community while working with a passionate team.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and administer the training program, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines including FDA cGMP 21CFR and EU Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Partner with the Regional Field Training Manager and center leadership to implement training initiatives and schedule training periods that support operational needs.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate training sessions based on audit findings or operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate training records for all staff and ensure timely completion of re-certifications and updates.
  • Manage training courses in the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and keep training materials up to date.
  • Monitor SOP compliance through routine employee observations and escalate any delays in training progress.
  • Stay current with new training materials, SOP changes, and technology updates.
  • Promote a culture of safety, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of training experience in a customer service setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in regulated environments and adapt to changing temperatures.
  • Must be certified in all operational areas or complete training and competency assessments within 90 days of hire.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the biopharma or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
