Territory Sales Manager - Remote Role for Building Materials
About the Role
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager remote to join our team at CRH. This role is pivotal in driving profitable revenue for our fence materials in the greater Philadelphia market. As a Territory Sales Manager remote, you will leverage our innovative outdoor living solutions to enhance customer experiences and drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets within your assigned territory.
- Act as a product and industry expert, consulting with prospects and customers to develop business opportunities.
- Manage a large portfolio of existing accounts while acquiring new distribution and contractor business.
- Travel within a multi-state territory to strategically target new customers and create new distribution markets.
- Organize and attend customer events and tradeshows to promote brand and product awareness.
- Develop market demand through daily presentations to contractors.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, focusing on selling new products to existing customers and acquiring new dealers.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the fencing or building materials industry.
- Ability to assist customers in designing and quoting specific custom-build projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
