About the Role

We are seeking a Temporary Ecommerce & Digital Manager to join our team remotely. This role is essential for managing and implementing the digital operations of our online platform until May 15th. As a Temporary Ecommerce & Digital Manager, you will optimize the online customer experience and drive digital sales for Bal Harbour Shops.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day performance and maintenance of the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal speed, functionality, and usability in line with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with brand partners and logistics teams to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer service processes related to online orders, returns, and exchanges to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to provide effective newsletter content and manage automated campaigns for the Loyalty program.
  • Analyze customer behavior and purchasing data to support personalized marketing initiatives and targeted promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Ecommerce and Digital Marketing.
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento), website optimization tools, and CRM software.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce standards, best practices, and systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting.
  • Experience with data analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of Loyalty program and CRM management.
