About the Role
Raymond West is seeking a dedicated Technology Solutions Manager to join our dynamic Sales Team. This remote role involves selling and promoting the iWarehouse Suite of Solutions, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support. As a Technology Solutions Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end warehouse solutions, leveraging your expertise in lift trucks, racking, and conveyor systems.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and oversee programs, policies, and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure achievement of installation, training, and implementation goals for our technology solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and providing detailed product information.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to annual budgets and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
- Create and enforce sales quotas for the iWarehouse suite of products.
- Conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer requests and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively in boardrooms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Technical aptitude and material handling experience are a plus.
