About the Role

This remote role involves selling and promoting the iWarehouse Suite of Solutions, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support. As a Technology Solutions Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end warehouse solutions, leveraging your expertise in lift trucks, racking, and conveyor systems.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and oversee programs, policies, and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure achievement of installation, training, and implementation goals for our technology solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and providing detailed product information.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to annual budgets and sales forecasts.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
  • Create and enforce sales quotas for the iWarehouse suite of products.
  • Conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer requests and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively in boardrooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Technical aptitude and material handling experience are a plus.
