About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technology Procurement Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and technology solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Analyze procurement data and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance evaluations.
• Utilize tools such as SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Support inventory management and payment operations, including wire transfers and ACH.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with procurement software and systems, such as SAP.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations, including AML and OFAC.
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery methodologies is a plus.

• Experience in technology procurement specifically.
• Certifications in procurement or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
