About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Writer / Immigration Paralegal - Remote to join our team at GREEN AND SPIEGEL US, a leading immigration law firm specializing in employment-based immigration matters. In this role, you will manage a caseload of writing-focused immigration matters, assisting attorneys in preparing immigration petitions and maintaining organized client files. This is a unique opportunity to work fully remote while gaining valuable experience in immigration law.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of various writing-focused immigration matters.
• Assist in the preparation of immigration petitions and applications.
• Draft correspondence and communicate case information to clients.
• Review and organize client documentation and analyze case data.
• Assist with case strategy and potential case issues.
• Maintain organized and legally compliant client files.
• Conduct research on filing regulations with USCIS and the Department of State.
• Contribute to practice process development for team efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize workload.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in English or a related field.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
