Application Support Analyst I - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst I - Remote to join our dedicated team at Haemonetics Canada. In this role, you will provide essential support to hospitals and labs utilizing Haemonetics Hospital products, ensuring the safety and quality of the world's blood supply. As an Application Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical solutions and support for our software and systems, contributing to our mission of advancing healthcare.

What You'll Do

• Support hospital and lab customers using Haemonetics products.
• Provide technical solution support for software and systems.
• Resolve customer support problems via email and phone.
• Document support calls in the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot production issues and run routine scripts.
• Write change requests based on customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Work alternating shifts for 24/7 support, ensuring availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital lab or blood bank.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Strong technical aptitude required for resolving complex problems.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or French is highly desired.
• Must remain calm and professional in urgent situations.
• Punctual travel for training may be required.

• Experience with BloodTrack®️ and related software.
