About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Technical Recruiter - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our engineering and technical positions. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies to enhance our hiring processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process for candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to improve sourcing strategies and enhance the overall recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the engineering or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidates' skills effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in data-driven decision making and utilizing analytics in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or SQL.
  • Knowledge of public safety training or aviation knowledge.
