Technical Recruiter - Remote Opportunities
About the Role
We're hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team at BeaconFire Inc. What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create, review, and update job descriptions and role specifications for various technical positions.
- Source qualified candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and branding initiatives.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide recommendations based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to support onboarding and new hire integration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within technical and professional communities to develop talent pipelines.
- Draft and post recruitment advertisements across digital and print platforms.
- Represent BeaconFire at job fairs, campus events, and industry conferences.
- Stay current with recruitment trends, market insights, and best practices in technical hiring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in technical recruiting is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of current technology trends and skills in demand.
