Technical Operations Executive - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at MAS Holdings. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Activewear Value Stream, which delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the sampling stage for new styles, ensuring all samples meet customer specifications.
• Attend style briefings with relevant parties to discuss feasibility, construction changes, and measurement tolerances.
• Conduct FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) during style briefings.
• Analyze pre-production samples for new styles, identifying potential production issues and proposing preventive measures.
• Participate in start-up meetings to discuss cut-related issues and verify the accuracy of style information.
• Measure and compare samples against patterns, preparing reports for relevant personnel.
• Follow up on changes included in test cut feedback, addressing issues with relevant parties.
• Drive internal pre-production meetings, explaining critical points and tech pack details to the team.
• Ensure required output is achieved within stipulated time frames while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Textiles or a related field from a recognized institute.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in technical operations.
• Basic knowledge of machine settings and technical sewing operation methods.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
