• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit for our organizational culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage candidate communication and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and enhance overall hiring effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment sourcing, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and AI sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with candidate screening and assessment processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Handshake or other university recruiting platforms.
• Experience in launching hiring initiatives in new markets.
