About the Role

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches, to identify potential candidates for open positions.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage candidate communication and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment sourcing, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and AI sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with candidate screening and assessment processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Handshake or other university recruiting platforms.
