Talent Acquisition Partner II - International Markets
About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II - International Markets to join our dynamic team at iHerb. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supporting our global expansion efforts across Europe, MENA, and APAC. As a Talent Acquisition Partner II, you will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract top talent in various international markets.
What You'll Do
- Proactively source talent using job boards, direct search, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct phone screens, assess candidates, and recommend qualified profiles to hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth, positive end-to-end candidate experience.
- Partner with HR leadership and Legal to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate Director-level (and above) interviews and schedule complex hiring loops.
- Work directly with international leaders, EOR partners, and external recruitment vendors.
- Maintain accurate data and hiring metrics within Greenhouse ATS.
- Support candidate travel arrangements and onsite visit itineraries.
- Drive social-media-based recruiting initiatives.
- Participate in job fairs and external recruiting events.
- Track and process vendor invoices and expenses.
- Support policy updates, process improvements, and annual TA planning.
- Recruit across all levels: from entry-level to senior management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house), ideally across multiple geographies.
- Strong sourcing capability for difficult-to-fill roles.
- Experience hiring across Europe, MENA, and APAC time zones.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and organizational skills.
- Strong ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred) and solid reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment regulations and best practices.
- CIR / LinkedIn Recruiter Certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
