About the Role
Join Deezer as a Talent Acquisition & HR Development Intern - Remote to enhance our employer brand and recruit a diverse pool of candidates. This internship position is for 6 months starting January 2026, and it offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
What You'll Do
- Lead recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices, focusing on attracting top talent.
- Contribute to the Campus Management Strategy and build partnerships with educational institutions.
- Animate the internal interns/apprentice community to foster engagement and collaboration.
- Participate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a diverse workforce.
- Develop employer branding actions that highlight Deezer's values and culture.
- Support other talent team projects to streamline HR processes and improve candidate experience.
Requirements
- HR or Business Master’s degree.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Active listening skills and curiosity to learn.
- Team player, self-starter, and organized.
- Interest in talent development and acquisition.
- Familiarity with project management processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in recruitment or HR development.
- Knowledge of digital recruitment tools and platforms.
