About the Role

Join Deezer as a Talent Acquisition & HR Development Intern - Remote to enhance our employer brand and recruit a diverse pool of candidates. This internship position is for 6 months starting January 2026, and it offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Talent Acquisition team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices, focusing on attracting top talent.
  • Contribute to the Campus Management Strategy and build partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Animate the internal interns/apprentice community to foster engagement and collaboration.
  • Participate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a diverse workforce.
  • Develop employer branding actions that highlight Deezer's values and culture.
  • Support other talent team projects to streamline HR processes and improve candidate experience.

Requirements

  • HR or Business Master’s degree.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Active listening skills and curiosity to learn.
  • Team player, self-starter, and organized.
  • Interest in talent development and acquisition.
  • Familiarity with project management processes.

  • Experience in recruitment or HR development.
