About the Role

MACA is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our project delivery and overall success. This Talent Acquisition Advisor position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and positivity are highly valued.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar mining production personnel.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines and fill hard-to-fill vacancies.
  • Write and post job advertisements on various platforms including SEEK and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct shortlisting, screening, interviewing, and due diligence for candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with site standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Mining Superintendents and Project Managers.
  • Provide regular recruitment data to key stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of MACA's work practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in high-volume blue-collar mining production recruitment.
  • Strong focus on diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and meet compliance requirements.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to recruitment challenges.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Success Factors or similar candidate databases.
