About the Role
MACA is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our project delivery and overall success. What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar mining production personnel.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines and fill hard-to-fill vacancies.
- Write and post job advertisements on various platforms including SEEK and LinkedIn.
- Conduct shortlisting, screening, interviewing, and due diligence for candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with site standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Mining Superintendents and Project Managers.
- Provide regular recruitment data to key stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of MACA's work practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in high-volume blue-collar mining production recruitment.
- Strong focus on diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and meet compliance requirements.
- Proactive and flexible approach to recruitment challenges.
