About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Tabletop Game Developer to join our creative team at Soul Atlas. This remote position is perfect for someone who loves tabletop RPGs and wants to contribute to the development of exciting games in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Learn the extensive lore of Soul Atlas to ensure accurate game development.
  • Understand and adapt the game system we are currently developing.
  • Write and adapt rules for our tabletop games.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize tasks and expedite game development.
  • Help launch four individual one-shot adventures for our TTRPG.
  • Contribute to the writing of our full rulebook.
  • Participate in concept work for future card games.

Requirements

  • Vast experience with tabletop RPGs, especially systems beyond D&D.
  • Some experience in game design, particularly with TTRPGs, board games, or card games.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion and Miro.
  • Strong communication skills and availability to report progress.
  • Experience in writing rules, modding games, or customizing existing games.
  • A passion for fantasy worlds, storytelling, and worldbuilding.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in creative studios or media companies.
  • Background in fantasy or film projects.
