About the Role

We are seeking a talented Systems Design and Integration Lead - Remote to join our innovative team. What You'll Do

  • Utilize your expertise in cloud-based and on-prem solutions to develop scalable architectures.
  • Implement best practices in systems integration and project management to ensure successful delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project milestones.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for safety-critical systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in systems design and integration, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions, hybrid systems, and safety-critical systems.
  • Experience with AI systems and automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related fields.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the oil and gas industry or avionics.
  • Familiarity with ERP and HRIS systems.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.).
