Customer Service and Sales Representative - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at Enterprise Mobility. What You'll Do

• Assist customers with vehicle rentals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Manage the fleet of vehicles, including checking in and out, and maintaining documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise at the service desk.
• Open and close rental contracts, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Verify the condition of vehicles and ensure all accessories are accounted for during pick-up.

Requirements

• Preferably a university degree or completed vocational training in sales.
• Fluency in English at a B2 level is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to engage with customers effectively.
• A valid European driving license with a minimum of one year of experience.
• Eligibility to work in the EU and availability to work night shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
