What You'll Do

• Participate in safety training, plant orientation, and cross-functional shadowing to understand core operations.
• Support plant and corporate teams by gathering data, observing processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with departmental projects involving planning, analytics, workflow documentation, or problem-solving.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to communicate findings and contribute to team goals.
• Complete a capstone project that integrates learning from all rotations and present final recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior in an accredited bachelor’s degree program or a student enrolled in a two-year college.
• Majors in Agriculture, Food Science, Animal Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related fields are preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in food manufacturing, operations, agriculture, or process improvement through coursework or practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mathematical applications in practical situations.
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats.
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and navigate production areas safely.
