Student Assistant - Claims Center (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Claims Center team at HDI Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for students interested in the insurance industry to gain practical experience while working remotely. As a Student Assistant, you will play a crucial role in processing claims and managing communications effectively.

What You'll Do

• Handle appointment scheduling and manage email correspondence from our VoiceFile inbox.
• Assist in the processing of claims related to residential construction and participation business.
• Allocate incoming mail to ongoing claims cases.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
• Maintain a structured and meticulous approach to your work.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related fields.
• Interest in the insurance sector and claims processing (household/building insurance).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in German (very good language skills required).

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Basic knowledge of insurance processes.
