About the Role

We are seeking a talented Dispatcher to join our team remotely. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing our fleet operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will maintain calm even in busy situations, making you an essential part of our logistics team.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of our fleet to ensure efficient and sustainable deployment of vehicles and personnel.
• Ensure smooth waste collection processes in the region, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Manage new orders and assess capacity for assignments, continuously improving route planning.
• Act as the primary contact for our drivers and loaders, addressing their concerns and needs.
• Focus on operational goals such as optimal fleet utilization, personnel planning, and compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Completed training as a freight forwarding agent or similar qualifications.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, teamwork skills, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in a similar role, preferably in the waste management sector.
• Knowledge of traffic law and good local knowledge of the region.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics or waste management.
