About the Role

This role offers the chance to earn £1200 a month for working just the weekends, making it an ideal position for those seeking job security and guaranteed hours. As a Weekend Contracted Carer, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to clients in the Lichfield, Tamworth, and Sutton Coldfield areas. What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to clients during weekend shifts.
• Commit to 20 hours of work per weekend, covering Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Demonstrate reliability and dependability in caring for clients.
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address client needs and challenges.
• Maintain physical stamina to meet the demands of caregiving.
• Participate in paid training sessions to enhance your caregiving skills.
• Ensure compliance with care standards and protocols.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of UK care experience, either in domiciliary care or within a care home setting.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car.
• Strong communication skills in spoken English.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and patience.
• Physical stamina to meet the needs of clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mental health support or counseling.
• Additional qualifications in care or health services.
• First aid certification.
