We are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Analyst - Remote to join our team at Anchorage Digital. As a member of our Global Operations organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting regulatory and governance initiatives while driving strategic projects that impact our global business. What You'll Do

• Assist the Global Operations team in providing regulatory and governance support for dynamic business initiatives.
• Drive analysis and development of essential materials to inform key decision-making processes.
• Provide program management support for annual strategic planning and ad hoc projects, including detailed due diligence of new regulated activities.
• Collaborate with Corporate Planning teams to define and deliver relevant reporting for the Head of Global Operations and C-Suite decision-making.
• Coordinate meetings to drive engagement and alignment across team members, ensuring effective communication of organizational updates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst in advisory or strategy consulting, banking, venture capital, or similar fields.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in creating technical documents related to regulatory and banking environments.
• Experience in data-driven analysis to drive efficiency and optimization.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for the crypto industry and a desire to contribute to innovative financial solutions.
