What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for new product features and enhancements, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to define and implement design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across products.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best design practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design strategies.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration and agility within the design team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in user experience research and interaction design.
• Strong understanding of design systems and information architecture.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Experience in the fintech or crypto industry is a plus.
• Passion for creating user-centered designs that drive business results.

Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
