  • Experience in user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Empathy for users and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
