About the Role

Webflow is hiring a full-time Staff Product Designer – New Products to join our innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely from Canada and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings. As a Staff Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing new products that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to create cohesive product experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications for implementation.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.

• Experience in B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
