About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer - Finance Solutions (Remote) to join our innovative team at Blip Global. As a Staff Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of financial technology through user-centered design. Your work will directly impact major players in the financial market, enhancing their engagement with customers through our advanced platforms.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery processes to understand user barriers and needs, ensuring that our designs are user-focused.
• Design complex financial journeys that prioritize friction reduction and conversion optimization.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on vision and objectives.
• Create end-to-end hybrid flows that guarantee smooth interactions for users.
• Develop interfaces that effectively translate complex financial data into actionable visualizations.
• Maintain and evolve the Design System to ensure visual consistency across all products.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to assess technical feasibility and implement designs.
• Define and track product success metrics for continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
• Prototype high-fidelity ideas for stakeholder validation and feedback.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize design processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Solid experience with Design Systems and scalable component libraries.
• Deep understanding of Information Architecture and Usability principles.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Ability to work with product metrics and perform data analysis to guide design improvements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills for effectively defending design proposals.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic work environment.
