• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative projects that elevate our brand.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in all design deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web and brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers.
