About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Souschef for a remote opportunity at Netto. What You'll Do

• Act as the right hand to the store manager, supporting daily operations and decision-making.
• Train and develop team members to ensure a motivated and engaged workforce.
• Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example for colleagues in the store.
• Handle various administrative tasks to support the store manager in achieving operational goals.
• Be a role model for Netto's values and employee experience, known as NEX: Netto Employee Experience.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the retail or food service industry.
