Solution Analyst - Remote Position at John Swire & Sons

About the Role

We are looking for a Solution Analyst remote to join our dynamic team at John Swire & Sons. As a Solution Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing requirements, shaping solution approaches, and coordinating technical delivery across the enterprise. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and vendors to ensure that our solutions are designed correctly and integrated effectively.

What You'll Do

• Translate requirements into technical specifications and solution options, collaborating with business analysts.
• Review available tools and propose suitable technical solutions while coordinating with vendors to validate designs.
• Support solution design and integration across enterprise systems and cloud services, ensuring proper configuration and data flow.
• Design and maintain automation and AI-enabled workflows using tools like Power Automate and UiPath.
• Participate in implementation activities, including low-code/RPA development, system testing, and documentation.
• Provide post-go-live support and ongoing maintenance to ensure long-term stability and usability of deployed solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of IT solution delivery experience, including work with low-code platforms and automation/RPA.
• Proven experience with database usage and development; SQL knowledge is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
