About the Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineering Coach - Remote to lead targeted micro-workshops for small groups of software engineers. This role is perfect for experienced lead engineers or those with equivalent expertise, focusing on high-quality teaching material. As a Software Engineering Coach, you'll conduct sessions remotely, lasting up to 90 minutes, and engage with participants in a meaningful way.
What You'll Do
- Conduct remote coaching sessions for small groups of software engineers, focusing on Domain-Driven Design and React Native expertise.
- Encourage a deep understanding of software engineering concepts through interactive teaching methods.
- Facilitate live-debugging sessions and answer questions during workshops.
- Teach both senior and junior engineers, adapting your approach to meet their varying levels of experience.
- Prepare high-quality content provided by Skiller Whale, ensuring it meets the needs of your audience.
- Manage your schedule flexibly, with 1 to 4 sessions per week.
- Utilize your expertise in React Native or Domain-Driven Design to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide nuanced answers to difficult questions, demonstrating your leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a lead engineer or equivalent role.
- Expertise in React Native or Domain-Driven Design.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain advanced concepts clearly.
- Experience in teaching or coaching software engineers is highly desirable.
