About the Role

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our health and wellness client’s team. This remote position focuses on leading and executing social media initiatives, particularly on TikTok. You will develop and implement strategies that engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive sales through platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms including TikTok and Instagram.
• Manage and optimize the TikTok Shop to maximize sales and customer engagement.
• Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with brand goals.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform content strategy and improve performance.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers to foster community.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on social media performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, specifically with TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with TikTok Shop and e-commerce integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
• Experience in social media marketing and agency management is a plus.
