About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Specialist III - Completions remote to join our team at Halliburton. This role offers the opportunity to innovate, achieve, and grow within one of the world’s largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry. As a Service Specialist III - Completions remote, you will oversee the installation of well completion products, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the installation of a complete range of well completion products in various operating conditions.
  • Consult with customers about products and services, promoting good customer relations at the well site.
  • Review job designs and confirm the job packet includes the proper equipment and processes.
  • Apply technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations and consult with HES operations as needed.
  • Mentor and assess Service Operators and/or Service Specialists in areas of expertise.
  • Conduct and document all Halliburton HSE related activities at the well site, including site assessments and risk analyses.
  • Recognize sales opportunities for additional HES products and services and communicate them to appropriate personnel.
  • Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complying with all applicable health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing a complete range of CPS products and services.
  • Ability to run new technology as it becomes available.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Halliburton HSE processes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a supervisory or mentoring role.
  • Familiarity with the energy industry and completion tools.
  • Knowledge of local HMS processes.
