As a Service Onsite Worker, you will manage daily services and inventories at customer sites, ensuring excellence in service delivery. What You'll Do

• Allocate clean uniforms to gowning areas based on customer criteria.
• Prepare used uniforms for pick up and accurately document garment requests.
• Maintain regular communication with the Service/Stores Manager and Service Delivery Person.
• Build strong, customer-focused relationships and provide positive service.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a storeperson or similar role is advantageous but not required.
• Confidence in interacting with customers daily.
• Punctuality and professionalism are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Knowledge of inventory management.
• Strong communication skills.
