Service Designer - Remote Position for Innovative Agriculture Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Service Designer - Remote to join our team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects in agriculture, focusing on user-centered design and innovative solutions in livestock data management. As a Service Designer, you will engage with diverse stakeholders and contribute to impactful work in disease and infection control.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement user-centered service solutions that enhance the candidate experience and streamline HR administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop service documentation and design systems that meet user needs.
• Utilize tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging visual designs and prototypes.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that services are aligned with user expectations.
• Contribute to the development of cloud-based services and IT-enabled solutions, leveraging your knowledge of Azure and ITIL.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in service design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and service documentation.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS environments and understanding of design systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Graphic design skills and experience in art direction.
