Service Delivery Intern - Remote

About the Role

As a Service Delivery Intern - Remote, you will support the delivery of Avertium’s Managed Services to our customers, gaining hands-on experience in cybersecurity service delivery, customer success, and project coordination. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving field.

What You'll Do

• Assist in organizing and tracking service delivery activities for customer accounts.
• Support scheduling and coordination of internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Help monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure service success.
• Analyze operational data and assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Participate in customer calls and meetings to gain insights into service delivery.
• Assist in reviewing program budgets and forecasts to understand financial aspects.
• Gain exposure to cybersecurity operations and develop foundational skills in project coordination.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Interest in cybersecurity and service delivery to enhance your career prospects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts or tools is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis or customer service will be beneficial.
• Previous internship or project experience related to IT, business, or cybersecurity is preferred.
