Senior Women & Families Strategy Consultant - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Women & Families Strategy Consultant - Remote to join our mission-driven organization. What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of strategies focused on women's economic empowerment and family support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create board-facing materials and marketing strategies that resonate with stakeholders.
• Conduct qualitative research to inform funding instruments and impact investing initiatives.
• Engage with various stakeholders to promote collaboration and enhance program effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and transaction advisory.
• Support event coordination and curriculum design for workshops and training sessions.
• Utilize data governance and management practices to ensure effective data visualization and reporting.
• Drive initiatives in electric mobility and infrastructure investment to support sustainable practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, particularly in women's economic empowerment and social impact.
• Proven track record in qualitative research and strategic decision-making.
• Strong financial analysis skills and experience in transaction advisory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in B2B marketing and brand management is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and data strategy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in HR consulting and talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and instructional design.
• Background in electric mobility or infrastructure investment.
