Senior Webflow Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

As a Senior Webflow Designer in a fully remote capacity, you'll work primarily within Webflow to create visually stunning, conversion-focused websites for our diverse clientele. This role is not just about executing designs from Figma; you'll be making critical design and development decisions directly in Webflow, ensuring that every project meets modern web standards for usability, performance, and accessibility.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build responsive, high-quality websites directly in Webflow.
  • Make informed design decisions regarding layout, typography, spacing, color, and hierarchy.
  • Create reusable components, CMS collections, and scalable page structures.
  • Implement clean interactions and animations using native Webflow tools.
  • Maintain consistent class naming and structure using established best practices.
  • Ensure all websites meet WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 accessibility standards.
  • Apply modern UX principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers, SEO specialists, and clients to deliver projects on time.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of hands-on experience building websites in Webflow.
  • A strong natural eye for design, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Deep understanding of modern web design best practices and ADA compliance.
  • Proven experience designing directly in Webflow, not just executing static mocks.
  • Familiarity with CRO, UX patterns, and lead-focused design.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using structured class systems & frameworks (MAST, Lumos, Client-First or similar).
  • Experience improving or remediating existing sites for accessibility compliance.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and performance optimization.
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for troubleshooting and refinement.
