Senior Webflow Designer/​Developer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Webflow Designer/Developer to join our innovative team at Odyssey. This remote position allows you to take ownership of our web presence, creating impactful designs that resonate with our audience. You'll be working closely with our Growth Team to shape the online experience for clients seeking transformative mental health solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end web presence, from conceptualization to polished, live pages that convert.
• Design and build landing pages for new retreat locations, ensuring they meet business objectives.
• Extend our brand identity through new page types and campaigns while maintaining coherence.
• Utilize Webflow to create responsive designs with clean class structures and fast load times.
• Collaborate with various teams across marketing, sales, and product to ensure high-quality outputs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Figma and Webflow.
• Strong visual design instincts and ability to work within brand guidelines.
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles.
• Proven track record of building landing pages that convert effectively.
• Self-directed work style with the ability to manage ambiguity.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Webflow CMS and dynamic content.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
• Skills in interaction design and animation.
• Experience with A/B testing or conversion optimization.
