About the Role

Scrunch is seeking a talented Senior Web/Digital Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. This Senior Web/Digital Designer remote position offers the opportunity to work approximately 20 hours per week, where you will design thoughtful, high-quality web and digital experiences from concept through execution. Your role will emphasize craft, clarity, and usability, allowing you to showcase your exceptional skills in Figma and your sharp visual judgment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web and digital design.
• Exceptional proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to think strategically and execute cleanly.
• Experience working in a freelance capacity, managing your own schedule.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous web and digital design work.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
