About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Web Designer to lead digital design initiatives across web, social media, and multimedia platforms. This Senior Web Designer remote position is perfect for someone with a strong expertise in UI/UX, motion graphics, corporate branding, and website management. You will have hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, and creative direction for enterprise-level communications.

What You'll Do

  • Provide creative direction for corporate communication across social media, websites, email campaigns, and multimedia platforms.
  • Design and maintain responsive, mobile-first corporate websites, developing and managing web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Convert design templates into engaging animations for multimedia platforms and create motion graphics assets for corporate campaigns.
  • Perform cross-browser compatibility testing and conduct HTML and CSS validation as per W3C standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications, HR, Marketing, and other departments to provide digital solutions for internal and external communication initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Basic JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with design and animation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and motion graphics.
  • Must have a Graduation in Computer Science and preferably a Certification/Diploma in UI/UX Design.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced Diploma in Adobe Premiere Pro & VFX.
  • Experience in a corporate communications or enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and maintaining corporate websites.
