What You'll Do

• Design and maintain branded templates using tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Create scalable digital marketing assets and template systems that can be reused across markets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
• Ensure visual consistency across all channels and formats.
• Prepare production-ready assets with a solid understanding of web layout constraints and responsive behavior.
• Optimize and adapt visual content for web, social media, and internal campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual design or graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva.
• Experience creating presentation templates, campaign systems, and brand toolkits.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout systems, color theory, and scalable brand design.
• Experience working with multilingual content and designing for localization.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating templates, branding work, and marketing design projects.

Nice to Have
